Delaware general: I have a Delaware corporation which does not conduct business anymore, and the franchise taxes have not been paid for the last two years. It is my understanding that in this situation the charter of the corporation is voided. Does this effectively terminate the existence of the company? And is there any liability for the unpaid franchise tax? |
